Can a new visitor quickly understand what you offer, where you work and how to get started? If your website makes those answers hard to find, a fresh design needs to solve more than its appearance.

Our Orlando web design agency works with businesses throughout the state. You get a clear project scope, opportunities to review the work and a website your team can keep using after launch.

DESIGNED FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS

A Florida audience can mean very different things.

A local service company, a visitor-focused business and an online retailer need different paths through their websites.

Customers looking for help nearby

For a service business, visitors need to know what you do, whether you cover their location and how to request an estimate. We organize your services and service areas around those questions, with clear contact options on mobile.

Visitors planning ahead

A hospitality or experience business may need to explain availability, location and what a visit includes before someone books. We review the booking tools you use and plan the website around that journey.

Businesses selling beyond their neighborhood

For professional firms and online stores, the right audience may extend across Florida or beyond it. Detailed service information, useful product pages and evidence of your work help people assess your business from a distance.

A WEBSITE YOU CAN KEEP UP TO DATE

Your next content update should be straightforward.

Opening hours change. New services need a page. Your best project deserves a place in the portfolio. We build WordPress pages with visual editing in mind, so routine text and image changes are manageable for your team.

For a Divi website, sections and modules stay editable in the builder. We agree what your team will manage, explain the routine updates and discuss support for larger changes. Learn more about our Divi web design services.

Before choosing a platform, we also consider who will maintain the site, the tools it needs to connect with and any ongoing hosting or software costs.

FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO LAUNCH

Know what happens next.

1. Define the project

We discuss your customers, current website and business goals, then agree the pages, features, content responsibilities and budget. Your proposal makes the scope clear before the build begins.

2. Design, build & review

We develop the visual direction and page layouts using your content, review them with you and build the agreed functionality. Feedback and content decisions are part of the schedule.

3. Check, launch & hand over

We check common screen sizes, links and key customer journeys. For a replacement site, we plan the move from the old pages, then complete the handover and agreed support arrangements.

SERVING BUSINESSES ACROSS FLORIDA

One location or a wider service area.

We work with businesses in Orlando and Central Florida, Tampa Bay, Jacksonville, South Florida, Southwest Florida and the Panhandle. Project reviews can take place remotely, so your location does not need to limit the team you work with.

If you serve several cities, we can help organize the site around the places you actually cover. Each location page should explain relevant services and practical details for its visitors. A business serving the whole state needs a different structure from one serving a handful of nearby neighborhoods.

Our Orlando mailing address is Seller’s Bay, LLC, 2875 S Orange Ave STE 500 #6207, Orlando, FL 32806-5471. Contact us to arrange a conversation about your project.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE A WEB DESIGNER

Questions about your Florida website project.

How much does a Florida business website cost?

The price depends on the pages, design, content, online store features and integrations involved. Share your existing website and what you need it to do, and we can prepare a proposal. Hosting, paid software and ongoing support should also be included in your budget.

How long will the project take?

We agree a schedule once the scope is clear. Content readiness, the number of review rounds and connected systems all affect timing. If you have a deadline, mention it during the first conversation so we can discuss a realistic launch plan.

Can you improve my website without replacing it?

Often, yes. We review the current platform and the problems you want to solve. If updates to content, navigation, performance or individual pages can meet the goal, we can scope those improvements. A rebuild is considered when the existing site creates larger constraints.

Can you help with SEO and advertising after launch?

Yes. SEO, content and advertising can be coordinated with the website project or planned as ongoing work. The scope and measures of progress are agreed separately. A new website alone does not guarantee rankings or a particular number of enquiries.

Do we need to meet in person?

No. Discovery, design reviews and project updates can be handled remotely. We agree a practical communication and review process at the start, whether you are in Central Florida or elsewhere in the state.

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR WEBSITE

What should your next website do better?

Tell us about your Florida business, share your current website if you have one, and explain what you want to change. We’ll review your enquiry and get in touch to discuss the project.
