Services not listed in our offerings are excluded. To terminate a service, we require a written notice 30 days prior to the cancellation date. During each billing period, the hours are dedicated to performing critical tasks for your website, encompassing the full spectrum of our services. This may include updates to plugins, enhancements to website speed, search engine optimization efforts, and content development, among others.

Priority will be given to any tasks that you specifically request. Provided you submit tasks to us, these will be addressed first, with any remaining hours for the billing period allocated to other necessary tasks. We are committed to transparency and accountability; therefore, we will furnish a daily report detailing the tasks completed, the time expended on each task, and how these activities contribute to the utilization of your allocated hours within the billing cycle.
