During the subscription period, you get access to updates. After expiration of your subscription you may use this software still. However, to get new versions, you must purchase the product again.

Order process, software license

By placing your order you make a binding agreement to Seller’s Bay to enter into this contract with you. We may accept this offer by sending a confirmation of contract to you by email. The contract goes into effect when the confirmation of order email is sent.

Refund of downloaded software

Refunds for already downloaded software aren’t possible. The above mentioned right of cancellation does not apply to software already downloaded. If you paid via Paypal using the payment method "eCheck", the payment remains open until the money has been transferred from your bank account to our PayPal account, which usually takes 4-12 business days (depending on your country).
