Can you guarantee our web site has a high position on search engines and directories?

It is very unlikely that any company can truthfully state that they can guarantee a high position on search engines. Yes, Webdesignservices offers both shared and private secure server space. The shared is free when you host with seller's Bay you can accept credit cards online right away.
